Our unique application process produces an extremely sanitary end product that has no inside corners, niches or weld splatter. The flights are permanently attached to the ThermoDrive base belt forming a smooth 1/8” radius around the entire perimeter of the flight base. This innovative process ensures that your ThermoDrive belts will remain easily cleanable to a microbiological level. ThermoGienic flights can be configured (height, angle, thickness, etc.) per application. Other options include chamfers, v-notches, rounded corners, staggered cleats, and profiled cleats.

* ThermoGienic flights are approved by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) for use on meat and poultry processing equipment (standard 14159-3).
